Movement seems a little odd for a false pregnancy, I think I have heard of it but it doesn't make sense.

Is she still acting as if she's in the early stages of labor? If so I'd be concerned (definitely get the vet out sooner if that's the case!)

I think treating her as if she was in foal that would be the safest.

Was there a stallion on the property at the previous owners? (or nearby)

Yes, the previous owner has 3 stallions and Jazz got pregnant by one of them and deliver a filly July 2012. (First) The previous owner didn't know until 1 week before she delivered.

My vet was last here Oct. 2013 and was telling me how active the foal was but I am getting concern with the number of days. I am probably being impatient.

It's normal. I wouldn't be concerned about that, she could foal in April and be fine (not that we want that lol)

So hopefully she'll hurry up but try not to be concerned about the time, she has plenty.
