Arrow Deathly Hallows Part 2.

Who saw it?! I was on the late train and saw it today.

Spoiler alert, don't read the below if you wanna see the movie.

I cried, and cried, and cried when Severus was dying. Then when Harry saw his memory. I cried so ridiculously hard, I read the book and KNEW it was coming, but still.

What's every ones thoughts on the movie vs. the actual story?

They didn't even announce Lupin was having a son!! They snuck it in there. THEN they didn't even address who the kid was. That irked me.

I liked it a lot better than the last two movies. I actually fell asleep at the last one. There were some parts I thought could have been executed better. But overall it was really good.

On a similar note I'm a Hillywood fan and I loved their parody!

I loved the movie, I thought it was one of the truest to the book.
I didn't like that they left out Teddy Lupin, and I wished that they had made it more clear that Harry had all three Hallows not just the elder wand. I didn't like how they vilified Griphook, when in the book they plan to double cross him. Other than than that I thought it was great.
But I have a question ilovemyPhillip. I am not trying to start anything I am genuinely curious. Why do you like Snape? So many people love him and I just don't understand it. I get that he was a double agent, which was super dangerous, and he loved Lilly which is sad, but I don't think that that excuses his behavior toward Harry for the first six books. Just a thought, you don't have to reply if you think I'm being rude, I just really want to know.

I realize now I spelled his name wrong. .__.

I love how cold he was made out to be, but was honestly passionate. I couldn't help but bawl when Harry saw his memories. It showed the true Snape. The one who felt love. He's estranged and kind of a dick because he lost his love. He lost his life. Even though he hated James, and Harry reflected James.. Snape still took care of Harry, in a way.

I also loved how Snape's patronus was the same as Lily's. The were meant to be. And he never got the girl.

I might get yelled at for this but here's my opinion on the movie... I saw it a week after it came out...

I slept through the second part of the movie. It was really boring to me and it wasn't worth the $12 a ticket. I read the books but the movie was just all over the place that I couldn't follow it unless you talked me throughout the whole movie.

I cried in the beginning when they went backwards to the Deathly Hollows Pt 1 and started by where Dobey died but I fell fast asleep until the part of Voldemort dying. I didn't like it so much that I actually fell asleep.

I loved it! I cried about eight times, esp. At the end, because it sunk in that this is it, there will be no more movies... *sniff sniff*.

I loved how Neville grew up a lot in the last two movies, I've always enjoyed his character, and felt like the movies didn't really do him justice. I loved the fact that it was him that killed Nagini (I think that's how it's spelt?)

And Snape! Oh my goodness to I love that man! I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed and sobbed (you get the point lol) when he was dying, and when Harry saw his memories. It broke my heart when he found Lily.

I enjoyed the Bellatrix scenes, such as when Hermione was "her", and when Molly killed her. That scene made me love Molly even more lol.

I really enjoyed the scene when Harry was "dead" and Voldemort was trying to gain followers, and suddenly Harry isn't dead any more! I just found that so cool.

The part I didn't really enjoy was the actual killing of Voldemort scene. In the book, isn't there a crowd surrounding them? I haven't read the book in a while so I can't remember exactly, but I think so, and in the movie it was just the two of them. I'd of liked there to have been a crowd, to witness "the end", if you will, it would have made it more visible to the world in a sense.

Ok well, I think I've now commented on the ENTIRE movie, I'll just stop now
