Favorite old Syfy shows.

I am just wondering if anybody else misses some of the old Sci Fi TV series? I am talking about all those great old shows like Sliders and Quantem Leap, The Incredible Hulk with Lou Ferrigno and Bill Bixby. Even shows like Tales from the Darkside and The Outer Limits (old ones were best but newer ones are okay). I loved Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis was okay, though Universe blows.

What old Sci Fi shows do ya'll love?

Star Trek (all renditions), Twilight Zone, the original Battlestar Galatica, the newer Buck Rogers.

The newest one I've watched by buying the series on DVD was Serenity. I didn't even know it was a series until I saw the movie after it was canceled.

I'm a certifiable Syfy nut. Beam me up Scotty!!!

OMG, the Sentinel!! I had forgotten about that one. Loved it. One I had also forgotten about was First Wave. FX were cheesy, and the acting was terrible, but Crazy Eddie always made me laugh .

I was never much of a Trek fan, most everything I saw was cheesy and silly, though I will say that the new movie they made was absolutely bad-ass.

That's one that I never did see, I don't even remember why I missed it now (maybe I was busy at work?). What was that even about?

Reptilian Aliens called Visitors trying to take over Earth with a big subplot of the Visitor/Human hybrid.

I actually liked the original V better. This one is slicker and has better special effects, but I've found it hard to get into it.

Loved the original Outer Limits and the original Twilight Zone.

Even though the original Star Trek was cheesy and campy I still prefer it over the newer versions, although I found John Luc Picard extremely smexy. Nobody does campy better than William Shatner!

The new Star Trek movie was excellent, except that they took the original history and completely skewed it. I remember watching the opening scenes and thinking, "Hey! George Kirk can't die; James is always talking about his father in the original series!"

I enjoyed Quantum Leap, especially since I think Scott Bakula is hot. Yeah, I know he has that NOSE, but who cares? So does Jeff Goldblum, and I think he's hot too.

Most of you are far too young to remember these, but I adored them as a child: Time Tunnel, Lost in Space, Land of the Giants, and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.

He was also in a 1980s remake of The Fly, and was pretty good as Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park, too. "I'm always on the lookout for the future ex Mrs. Malcolm" Baahaahaa!
