Ghost Adventures

Anyone else watch this? I came across this show this past summer and I'm absolutely obsessed with it!
I find it 10 times better than Ghost Hunters, though I like them, and way more intriguing. I don't believe everything they show but some of those things just can't be explained.
I also like cause one of the places they went to, a plantation in South Carolina, I have been there too for a class field trip. They also did an episode in a town about 2 hours from my house, Tombstone, AZ.
On the plus side Zak Bagans, the leader, is quit nice to look at!

The Cast:
Nick, Zak, and Aaron

Some of my favorite ones:
Pennhurst

Zak possessed, creepy:

Nick possessed,creepier:

Scariest Moments:

Something to lighten the mood:

I watched their "scariest moments" episode.

Have to tell you, I was too distracted laughing at the lead guy's facial expressions/the off-hand silliness of the other dudes to really take anything seriously. It almost comes across as a parody. Either that or they're trying much too hard to be dramatic.
Good television, though!

(And is it just me or do they tend to be physically assaulted more than most ghost hunters? :p)

I totally know what you mean but I guess for me I'm just so obsessed with paranormal stuff I just pay attention to that more than what heir doing, but that's just me. Most of my family are laughing when they watch it, but they like it none the less.

Well they did an interview type show and Zak said they're only taunting to evil spirits that are doing physical harm to people but that their not disrespecting them just trying to get a point across to them.
When they did the episode at Pennhurst, Zak said they weren't going to taunt due to the fact that so many of the people their were tortured.

Is this the show where the brick goes flying across the room and it's unexplainable by scientists and what not?

I LOVe ghost shows, I have never had a ghostly expericance, but my boyfriend has had a few at his grandmas house and ALLWAYS tells me to "turn the ****ed show off, I've experianceed it and don't want to be remided" (not good experiances for him) I would LOVE to go ghost hunting bc it's something I'm skeptical of and I want to be proven wrong. I want that experiance, ya know?

Oh yes I'm into the paranormal stuff as well, I'm actually a member of a small amateur ghost hunting team based out of my town...shows like this are always interesting to me. I used to be a big fan of Ghost Hunters but lately they seem to have forgotten their roots. :/

I DO like the fact that they taunt. One of our own techniques...don't just walk around blandly asking "who is here?" You are much more likely to get a response if you p*ss someone off. Or sing, play music, tell jokes...
That lead Adventures guy though...so many dramatic gazes into the distance

Same here! I would love to do an investigation of some sort. It would be a lot of fun!

Ah no way? I would love to have a group like that around here! I also like the fact that they taunt, makes it even more dramatic! Lol

I tried it once but didnt get anything. Maybe that's because me and my friend stayed in my car! LMAO. There this place about 20 mins from my house where we went. Here's a link that describes what the legend is and all. But we didn see anything. Just some cows. Lmao.

"Bailey's Light", Brazoria County, Texas ghost tale.

Ahh cool! Haha I would love to go do one but I'd probably be too scared to go through with it.
Theres a hotel/venue that is supposedly haunted and a bunch of my friends and I are going to spend the night there and try to see if we can get anything. One of my friends can fell a spirits presences and when we went to the venue once for a concert she said she could see a guy and when we were walking to the bathroom there are all of these old newspapers and theres was a picture of a guy that she had described early, it was really weird.
We also want to go to down Tombstone, AZ to see if we can see anything there. I think it would be fun with a lot of friends!
