The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

Who else likes the Swedish movie Män Som Hatar Kvinnor (Men Who Hate Women or The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo)? I loved it, and I'm starting the books as soon as I can steal them from my sister.

We also saw Flickan Som Lekte Med Elden (or The Girl Who Played With Fire) just last night in theatres. Better than the first one, I think.
Nothing quite like a fifteen year-old seeing an 18A movie with my mom and sister. They kept warning us about how brutal and violent and scary it was, hah. That's what I like, is that it's so realistic and whatnot!

Did they show it in Swedish with English subtitles? A friend asked me to download it for her, skimmed through it, looked OK ... not a huge fan of subtitles though so I probably won't watch it. :(

Yes - it hasn't been dubbed yet.
You get used to the subtitles really quickly - don't worry. I watch all my animes and whatnot subbed, I like listening to the language and picking up on it! ~

^^Samma här. Oo our lovely western neighbors .

Anyways, you'll accustom to subtitles quickly. Almost all foreign tv series/movies are not dubbed but subbed here and at least I've found it isn't a problem.

These movies itselves sound good . If you like Swedish stuff, also Emil i Lönneberga is a good (children) thing from Sweden.
