| I have met the band Alexisonfire/City and Colour.
Also I have met and hung out with Mischa Barton (at the sundance film festival last year, my friend was in a movie where he and her starred together... and so we got to go to all their press things.. and I went skiiing with Mischa.. she actually taught me how to ski! and also I went to her 22nd birthday party.)
Also, Aaron Yoo is a friend of mine. (the asian kid from the movie 21 and Disturbia)
and Reece Daniel Thompson is one of my best friends....
but he's not such a big deal yet. Just a couple indie films.
and then this totally doesn't make him famous but he does get recognized sometimes... my bf is the creepy kid in this commerical:
:) He doesnt look like that in real life!

| I met Clinton Anderson at Equine Affaire a couple of years ago. My grandma claims that she saw Whoopi Goldberg at a hotel once (and that Whoopi drives a VW new Beetle...). A lady my mom works with once went on vacation in LA and met Mel Gibson walking down the street.
Barefoot, the Bill Murray story is hilarious! Made my day! |

| History first-Gaily, Gaily(1969) was filmed here in my hometown of Galena, Illinois. My mom and her family (her parents and grandparents) were in some of the scenes. Field of Dreams was filmed 20 minutes away in Dyersville, and a scene was shot in Galena when Kevin Costner was walking down the street to go meet James Earl Jones. I worked at a resort where R Kelly stays all the time. Chuck Norris was in the store that I work in now. Those are connections...I've never met any of them.
I've saw Keith Anderson in concert this summer and talked to him afterwards. (I got a hug!!!!)
Gaelic Storm comes to Dubuque every year and we make a point to see them. Last year we hung around afterwards and talked to all of them. This year we got a bunch of pictures taken with them and talked for about twice as long as last year. (If you've never heard of them...look em up. They're amazing and so much fun =) )
And I'll be meeting the group Celtic Thunder this Wednesday in Peoria. |

| I met Steven Segal. His daughter bought a horse, and took lessons at the barn we boarded at in Memphis. It was so sweet. He always came out to watch her riding her little Spotted Saddle Horse. They were around there because she was undergoing cancer treatment, but she still rode when she felt good. |

Horses: 0 | I met the band Casting Crowns. Mark Hall (the lead singer) said he liked the T-shirt I was wearing.
Do horses count? I went to Coolmore Stud and met Sadler's Wells, Danehill Dancer, Galileo, Dylan Thomas, Peintre Celebre, Footstepsinthesand, and Oratorio. Sadler's Wells is a very distinguished old boy, he was really a nice horse. Danehill Dancer was loose in his paddock and came over to investigate my group, and tried to bite me, so I just did what I used to do with the Arabian stallion I worked with and smacked him under the jaw. Then I realized that I just smacked one of the best known sires in Europe, who was worth more than I would likely ever make in my lifetime. I totally fell in love with Galileo, he was such a sweetheart. Dylan Thomas had come off the track just a couple months before, and he kept trying to chew the door frame to his stall. I rubbed his face, and I was practically dying of delight, because I'd seen all the various headlines about him when he was racing. |

Disciple
Above the Golden State
Starfield
Matthew West
Third Day
Seventh Day Slumber. |
