Soooo, my kiddo is dressing up as, you guessed it, a walker. Here is my first attempt at zombie makeup. I didn't let her have corn syrup blood for school but will on Halloween. I made her wound with shredded up toilet paper, school glue & flour, then painted it with acrylic paint. As you can see, she very much got into character. She woke my hubby up grumbling/growling right in his face and walked around the house half lame dragging a foot. My grandma told her she's gross and that the old people in Florida are expecting a princess not a monster. She promised my grandma that she wouldn't bite anyone

Coolest kid ever! Why be a princess when you can be a blood covered zombie!

Very creative with the wound :3

    Thanks red & whiskey!

The wound was fun to make, I have a good friend that does haunted theater and he gave me a few pointers. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It would likely have been better if I would have had the time to drive out of town for liquid latex but glue & tp worked just fine ;)

    Great pictures!!

What did everyone think of this weeks episode? I wasn't to impressed with it...

Thanks! :) 2 more days until horror nights, I can't wait!

I agree, last night's episode was a bit of a disappointment. Let's hope next week is better!

I think the govener is nuts. He keeps offering to let them leave, but I would bet if they do, his henchmen would kill them as they walk away. And if I was Andrea, no way would have have told merle anything about the rest of the group. I would have made up some bs.

So horror nights was AWESOME, crazy busy but fun. We bought express passes or we would have waited for ages. Walking Dead house regular wait was almost 4 hours! We got in there in about 20 minutes. There were walkers and other creeps everywhere, had one follow me close enough to feel him breathing on my neck. I think he was a bit shocked when I turned and said "Would you just bite me already?" Saw people cry, puke, ask to be pulled out of houses.

I didn't bring my laptop on vacation so no pics until I get home but when I am back I will start a photo bomb thread ;)
