I would make sure that a day doesn't go by that she isn't bridled and saddled. You don't have to ride her but I would make sure that she was bridled at least once a day preferably 3-5 times a day if you are in a situation that makes it possible. The only way she will get better is if she gets bridled and then nothing bad happens several times in a row. Remember that horses learn by repitition and by the release of pressure not the application.

Kevin nailed this one. Though I'd most likely just bridle her and then go graze her and bring her back, unbridle her and spend some "trust" time with the horse as you clean that nasty slobbery grass glued to it bit.

(I'd move the horse too...or at least kick the mean gal in the shin j/k on the last half there...kinda)
