Games day and costume ideas for me?

Okay so last year my friends and I started a tradition of having a play day/games day at their arena for halloween. But I can't remember any of the games we did and I'm the main organizer lol I know it's really early but I like having ideas early

So first question is what games could we play with on line and freestyle playing?

Next thing is because it is halloween we all dress up and dress our horses up in costumes and I have no idea what to dress Phoebe up as. She is bay and I am planning on riding in my western saddle. She is not spooky and I want something really good like that I have to paint her and everything haha

So what ideas do you guys have for costumes for us?

Foal
Egg & spoon, ride a buck, matched pairs, rescue race, grab the flag, and horse bobbing for apples are some of my favorite games.
I dressed our pony in an Eeyore costume I made one year and my daughter as Winnie the Pooh, she held a stuffed piglet and a stuffed Tigger rode double behind her I dressed in a rain coat as Christopher Robin and led them around. It was really cute and they won first place in 2 different shows. After that I wanted to make a Snufflupacas (the woolley mamoth thing from Sesame St) for my gelding and my daughter could be Elmo or something. I like horse costumes that completely cover the horse. You can take a pattern for a blanket and sleazy/hood and get creative with different fabrics and fake furs and stuff! Have fun!!

So in this picture the head piece covers her head completely. No she couldnt see, she was very docile and half blind any ways, so it didnt matter :) But I wanted it to look stuffed animalish so it was shaped with chicken wire and lined with 1in foam pad so nothing poked her. Then covered in the fake fur and pinned to the body (2 pieces) Not shown in this picture, but at the actual shows the legs of Eeyore were stuffed with pillow stuffing for a very cute look, the would then bounce when she walked too :)
