Kathleen Lindley

There is an arena not from my place that holds clinics and such. One of the upcoming events is a Kathleen Lindley clinic. Never heard of her...just curious, has anyone heard of her or attended a clinic?

About Kathleen

Never heard of her before. Youtube didn't turn up anything helpful, neither did Giddyupflix. Looks like she's from Mark Rashid's camp though.

Hmm, I've never heard of her either. If I had the opportunity, I would probably go just to see what she was all about try to get a chance to talk to her. If she actually wrote what is written on her page, then she appears well read and intelligent without too much of an ego.

Might be worth it, I don't know.

Smile One of the good ones

Hi, I know it's probably too late to reply on this one but I was just doing a search and found this forum. I just got back from a Kathleen Lindley clinic in Benson, Arizona. It's the second year I've gone and I've loved it both times. My first year I brought by warmblood 3 year old who is going fine but who I wanted to fine tune on ground work. It was a blast. Kathleen strives to figure out how a small change in you and your horse will make leaps and bounds of progress. She does all sorts of clinics (hunter/jumper, western, etc.) but even her horsemanship clinics are a blast. She's really up to date on physical issues with horses as well. If you have a chance to go, even to audit I would absolutely recommend it.

She is going to be here next week and I think it is a horsemanship clinic not really focusing on any paticular discipline. I will probably go watch. Its only 3 miles from the house.
