Loading my horse in the trailer.

So i'm a little frustrated, and hum, I don't really know how to explain how I feel. We just got a 2 horse bumber pull trailer, and my gelding went in, but then my mare REFUSED. We tried and tried, tempted her with feed.. etc. She would step her front feet in, then back up real quick. She never got the back two in, we tried for about an hour. I have read that I should make her work when she refuses, then try again, etc. Any other tips. -.- Thanks all of you at the Horse Forum.

It really is all about making them think its their idea.

Don't try to bribe your horse... it just ends badly.
