I am going to be going into a clinic with Paul Dufresne in April, I think.

I was just wondering if anyone has heard of him and what you thought of him.

Hi, Arksly, I checked him out a bit online: he seems like a good horseman who understands horse psychology, is kind yet effective, & his endotapping certainly seems to reap good results for horses! I think that you should feel good about attending, & please let us know how it went!

I went to one of his clinics last year just to watch.... The deal breaker for me was watching him hit a horse in the head for rearing.... I understand why he did it, but if that was my horse I would have freaked on him!! He's good... but for me there is only some things I would take away from his training methods... Endo tapping was his main focus... that was interesting to learn about...

I will definitely keep a close eye on if he uses uneccessary (sp?) force on my horse.
