    Relaxed Tail

I know that in one of the books I have (I can't remember if it's Parelli or Pony Boy) they tell you to lift your horse's tail, after touching them everywhere. My horse Brandon and I are still in the 'getting to know each other' stage.

I did that yesterday to my guy, and his tail was completely relaxed. What does that mean again? I can't find it in my book.

    Thanks in advance!!
