Yep it is alwasy usually a better bet to stay with the known evil Quite frequently the new horse has a big list of unknown evils you will have to figure out.

I agree with Joe on the fact that often when a horse "likes men more" it is because they respect men more from prior experience. You do need to buck up and be a confident leader. And in the horses defense, you will only ever get out of one the time you put into one. They aren't psychic, every new person that comes along kinda has to go through a "refresher" course with each particular horse. ANY horse can be a good horse if messed with often. And ANY horse can become a jerk if left alone too much. Have fun with him and he will get it ;)
