Help with lips sound

how I do the sound with lips at 1:19?

That's called clicking with your tongue. You don't make this sound with your lips, you press the middle of your tongue against the hard palate in your mouth cavity and release it real quick.

Yup, the above post pretty much got it. Don't do it too much, or around horses you don't know. Some horses ignore it, but most horses go faster, and my horse is trained to gallop at it.
