Looking for a horse to lease!

I am starting back up riding again and am looking for either a full or half lease. I am a confident rider, just need to brush up on my basics as I haven't ridden in 2 years. I am still learning and so would like a horse that could help me learn or learn with me. I've been around horses for a long time, so I'm pretty good with handling a horse. Would like to keep the monthly fee below or At 275. Also I would like a horse that can jump. I am looking for horses near Howell, NJ. However I am willing to travel a little ways. The farthest I would travel from Howell, NJ is about 30 minutes for an onsite lease. Please PM me or comment, I will look at anything you send me. Even if it doesn't meet all my guidelines I will still consider. Also considering off site. Thank you!
