You aint right Faceman but I do like your sense of humour.
You are also correct about the koreans resenting our presence in their country. The feeling is the same in Okinawa,
Yet if we left they would be quite vulnerable and North Korea would be far more aggressive toward them.
I do know that North Korea has massed troops on the border for decades and could over run the capital with out much resistance even with the US troops there. Shalom

Reports coming out of South Korea say that the North Koreans
Have set off their 3rd nuclear bomb.

The North said the explosion was smaller than its last test.

So it is looking like they are working on smaller devices that
Will fit in the nose of a rocket.

Havn't seen any response from China , but I really don't expect
China to be to aggressive in anything they say. They
are more than likely using the data from the test their selves.

This third nuclear bomb is pretty dang disturbing news...

IMO the ruler of North Korea is flexing his muscles to ensure the Army is behind him and to assert NK's bargaining strength with the US.
China does not want a nuclear armed N. Korea any more than the west.
China's growing economic and political power world wide cannot benefit from an aggressive N Korea. Shalom

Scenario: N. Korea develops bona fide long range nuclear missiles, makes a threat, and China takes them out and emerges as the savior of the world...

I am thinking the same thing just not as dramatically.
China demanding and getting N Korea to cease any nuclear test and becoming the savior of the region. Japan and S Korea joining china in a Trade agreement along with India.
There is a reason all this is happening now after the former rulers death. Shalom

Vows to end the cease fire between North and South Korea.

Citing the latest you.N. Sanctions and South Korean and U.S.
Military drills.

Does that mean Obama can now Drone his butt?
