How much time do you think they needed? The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act came out of the House committee in July 2009 and was signed into law in March 2010. By the end of 2009 (Nov and/or Dec I believe) both houses of Congress had passed their own versions. So they had plenty of time to read the bills.
The Reconciliation Act (the amendments) was announced in early March and signed into law at the end of the month. I have a pdf version of the text for this act... it's 55 pages long.
And 2 yrs. Later they are still explaining how this monstrosity
Works and still changing it. And everytime they find new
Taxes and fees.
Like I said before, " The only thing about the Affordable Care
Act, is that it isn't affordable.
