Stroking horses can cure homosexuality?

Good grief; now I've heard everything. I know horses are good therapy, but Raymond Bell, a pastor in VA, is now saying horses can "cure" homosexuality.

Christian pastor claims pet therapy with horses can cure homosexuals of their 'addiction' to members of the same sex | Mail Online

I'd really like to know how he "knows" this...what people won't do/say for publicity.

I should also note for those who think homosexuality is a "choice": A new study from the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis strongly supports that epigenetics could be the basis for homosexuality.

Epigenetics looks at how gene expression is managed by temporary switches, known as epi-marks, which protect sex-related genes. In the report, recently published in The Quarterly Review of Biology, the authors discuss how sex-specific epi-marks generally do not transmit between generations and are considered “erased.” Homosexuality can result when these marks are not “erased” and are passed on from father to daughter or mother to son.

If this was true, I would be heterosexual because I pet my pony daily. Hahaha.

Stroking horses? YIKES! Is he trading homosexuality for beastiality? In Texas, the anti sodomy laws are still on the books, but they repealed the anti beastiality laws. What's up with THAT??

From that article.....(bold mine)

Quote:
EAP is a form of pet therapy in which a person sorts out their own emotions by engaging in myriad activities with horses - from grooming and walking to playing games with the animal.
Again....YIKES!!!

Foxes,

You're not petting it enough. Pet it harder, faster! (sorry, that sounds inappropriate, doesn't it?)

Oh, and that explains why my brother is gay; we never even HAD a pony.

And this is why sometimes I want to just shove some of my fellow 'christians' in a box and send them away. Far away x]

That's possibly one of the oddest things I've ever heard.

Guess I should pet my horses more often as well LOL

I actually think that my horses really helped me find ME :) They don't care what sexuality you are or what you look like, if you treat them right they will love you no matter what :)
