Obama walked into a disaster, the economy was in the dumps, the office was a mess. Obama more then likely didn't realize how much of a mess and how hard it was going to be.

I don't follow US politics much but I have enough to know that things are far better now then they were 6 years ago.

Yes and no.

Camp David is the country retreat of the President of the United States. Yes, presidents do meet dignitaries there from time to time. However, those meetings are not tallied as vacations. Tallied vacations are just that, vacations. GW spent a tremendous amount of time on his ranch in Texas and flew back and forth regularly. Reagan did the same with his ranch.

The Xmas trip to Hawaii was nowhere near costing as much, according to the accountants.

I still want to go to hawaii as much as the Obama family. And I like their dog. But still... rant over. Im tired now and running on nervous energy.

No offence but I think you are far to young to really see the difference he has made. 6 years ago the US was in the dumps. There were no jobs, no money, people losing their homes and families. After 9/11 its like Bush just went "well hell I don't need to do anything now, everyone is stuck on 9/11 and I can just blame everything on that so i'm going to go party and have a great time spending the counties money on my personal fun".

Obama has cleaned up a HUGE mess and is just now really getting to start working on the finer details of things. Personally I wish he could serve more then two terms because I think if he had another term he would have more time to do the things he is trying to do. At this point all he has been able to do is clean up after Jr.

Well, I don't find anything about the OP's suggestion that it is not rational to vote for a president on the basis of their skin color as somehow due to the lack of wisdom that sometimes comes w age.

I find that the reason people think Obama is the worst now: 1. Due to their preconceived notions AND 2. For some reason the media likes to point out everything he does because he's under such scrutiny.

As Allison said, you are extremely young. When you grow older, you'll see the more adult issues at hand. Most of what you're hearing now is coming from your teachers and parents.
