Yes and no.
Camp David is the country
retreat of the President of the United States. Yes, presidents do meet dignitaries there from time to time. However, those meetings are not tallied as vacations. Tallied vacations are just that, vacations. GW spent a tremendous amount of time on his ranch in Texas and flew back and forth regularly. Reagan did the same with his ranch.
The Xmas trip to Hawaii was nowhere near costing as much, according to the accountants.
