I have one! If you get one that hasn't been handled, even if its a piglet it does take awhile to get them to trust you. I wouldn't recommend them for house pets, but mine stays in the barn just fine with the horses, and get along well enough through her fence with the horses. I would be careful though if you are planning to let yours loose, mine will run at the first chance she gets
. Also, just remember that if you feed 'em enough they won't stay mini for long. They are fun pets and have humongous personality and are very energetic when they're younger. My piggies name is Mayham, for obvious reasons. Just be prepared for the long haul, I have a friend who's miniture pig is 23!
