This is our older litter, born November 4, 2011. I didn't get any sure enough baby pix of them because I didn't have a camera that was worth a darn at the time.
I think they were about 3-4 weeks old in this picture.

They had just been weaned in this one

And here they are today at a little over 4 months old, showing the promise of the cowdogs they will become. We don't have cattle or sheep to work them on at this point, so I stimulate their prey drive with a short length of rope on the end of a fishing pole.



These are pictures I managed to snap when they caught the rope on the direction change. This usually happens at a lope or a run. When they are bigger like this, it's not uncommon for them to yank the pole apart when they hit the end LOL. You can see the skid marks under their feet.
