my rabbit is named Snickers. She is a year and 3 months old and spayed (that cost a lot!!!) she loves to sit on my lap while I am on the computer, but she loves to run too! She has an out door fenced in area, an outdoor hutch, and her own room in the basement (where she mostly lives) where all her toys are, and a harness so she can go for walks outside!. Sometimes she wants to be with me and she will let me pick her up out of her cage, but some times she doesnt and runs away, then when I catch her and we either sit or go for a walk, and she is happy again! She has bitten me twice each time leaving a bruise and once a scar. Here are some pictures of her!

Her harness and a leash I made her:

On my lap

Helping me with homework (which resulted in chewed papers to pass in )

So I am making my bun a dig box. I have organic steril soil and oat grass. I am filling the bottom of his old cage with it and he is going to have a big box of grass and soil to dig and play in. Hopefully it will stop him from trying to eat my dogs tail

Ilovepets - Your bun is adorable!! I love the leash you have for her.

thanks! She doenst dig in the dirt when we go outside, but inside she loves to chew on cardboard boxes and paper bags, and she loved to dig and chew on the old (but clean) sweatshirts and towels.

The females don't have the same strong urge to dig as boys do. My boy loves to dig, which is why I am making him the box. The boys love to dig and look for roots and stuff. All rabbits like to for the most part but boys seem to be the worse for it. He is constantly digging my carpet and trying to pull the threads up then spits them out lol. So I figure if I give him a box of dirt and some grass and stuff it will give him somewhere to satisfy his need.

Nice pics of your rabbits. I am missing my black and white 5 lb Holland Lop male bun. He passed last year after having him for 10 years. He was a great little pet. He loved kisses when you got up in the morning to see him. He had a super nice disposition very tolerant of our dog who loved licking him. Our bun also was litter trained and loved hanging by the toilet too!

So this is Rose! I bought her at the feed store for 20 bucks I'm thinking she's some kind of dwarf mix. She runs to her cage door any time I go in my room and demands to be petted. She's a spazzy little thing with lots of energy, and loves to be loved on.

There on the tips of fair fresh flowers feedeth he; How joyous his neigh,
there in the midst of sacred pollen hidden, all hidden he; how joyous his neigh
