lets meet your pets!

So share a photo or two of all your pets or just one of them and give a little tidbit about them!

Well, we currently have 3 cats, Aristotle (Arrie), Max (who is actually a girl), and Noel (who is always meowing. We can literally talk to her and she will meow back). We also recently adopted another dog from the local animal shelter (our other dogs died of old age) and my mother, much to my sister and I's embarrassment and chagrin, named him Spot. So here are photos of my other fuzz balls

Max is the cat in the first two photos lol she likes to hide in small places such as boxes and sinks. She was born on our ranch and was the runt of the litter so my sister took her home and bottle fed her and raised her. She is a pretty tortoise shell kitty :)

Noel is the cat in the 2nd photo and was dropped off at our ranch as a kitten. I took her in and nursed her back to health and now she follows me everywhere!

And Arrie is the cat in the last photo. We more or less rescued him from my uncles ranch. He is a silver tabby who's mother is a registered Persian cat from Russia and his daddy is a barn cat lol

Spot is already hogging my bed and we have only had him for 2 weeks He is a cocker spaniel cross and the smartest dog I have EVER seen. Within 3 days of having him he knew his name, knew how to sit, come, drop toys, and is potty trained. He also knows his name already, stays by when walking, and likes to cuddle <3

We have two dogs (one family dog, and then my dog) as well as three cats.

Cali, my one and a half year old Papillon whom I got from a show breeder last May.

And as a puppy..

I have probably around four hundred pictures of her, so I'll spare you all!

Moses, our eleven year old Cocker Spaniel.. purchased from an oops litter back when I was in kindergarten as a surprise.

I can't find any pictures of the cats on my flickr, but here's a picture of Kumah and Cali playing with bubbles..

Kumah is about three times as big as Cali (he's 17lbs, she's 4.9). Cielo is grey with white socks, stockings, a "bib" and milk stache.. and her littermate Caesar is just white. :)

Next is Checkers a 7? Yr old heeler mix that we bought for $10 in the Checker Auto parking log (hence the name) she looks disturbingly like a coyote so we have to put on a bright orange S&R vest on her when we go out otherwise somebody will shoot her....
Checkers.jpg

Then comes my baby Bisquit 10 yr old beagle (and my bestest friend and sleeping buddy)
Bis.jpg

And our two little rats Dallas a 4 yr old Yorkie and Brady an 8 yr pold Maltese (both my sisters FORMER dogs now Dallas is my dads and Brady is my moms)

Here's my dog, Bailey. He's a Rhodesian Ridgeback cross with who knows what? He's THE BEST dog EVER!! (seriously ) He will stay at my heels 24/7, and will ATTEMPT to protect me... until his predicament gets too serious. Then he will high-tail it back to the house LOL.
Yes, I painted his toenails!

Giving me his best death glare...

Next is my Manx kitty, Penelope! (Yes, he is boy, and yes, HIS name is Princess Penelope. Don't ask.) He is the best snuggler ever, but once you get him riled up, he won't stop attempting to claw your eyes out... lol, just kidding, but seriously, DON'T get him hyped up...
Trying to claw his way into the house before a big storm...

Being adorable.

Now, Mouse! One of our other Manx kitties. He's probably THE FATTEST cat EVER! My aunt took one of his buddies away and he tried to chomp her leg off...
Back when he was NORMAL sized.
Some More Pics From The Fone 009.jpg

He was so SMALL!!!! I don't have any current pictures of him.

Nimue, 4yo. She was feral and first met people when she was already 4-5 months old, and that's why she is still very shy to strangers. I'm the only one who can handle her.

Ayeed, 3yo. A rescue; she was saved by a dog who sniffed up her grave. That's right, she was buried alive along with her two brothers, all 3 months old at the time.

And Eostre, 1yo. Also a rescue, picked up her mom with a litter of 1 week old kittens from a junkyard, where birds and tomcats had already killed two of their siblings. Found new homes for the rest of the family when the kittens were weaned, but I just couldn't let go of this little devil. :)

I have come a long way, to surrender my shadow to the shadow of my horse.
