Lets see your dog(s)!

Aww, I LOVE Atticus! Then again Toy Poodle's are my favorite. Grew up with them and will always have one
These are the 2 I have currently.


Zero (the white one) is a 9-yr-old 3/4 Toy Poodle 1/4 Pomeranian. I owned his mama and his grandma so he's been with me from day one.


And this is Mia, a 2-yr-old 3/4 Toy Poodle 1/4 Maltese. I got her when our two old girls passed away (their names were Tia and Meggie = Mia! Lol)

Speed Racer, your girl is so regal looking! If they didn't weigh more than I do I'd love to have a Dane, but as it is I have enough trouble lifting my 60 lb boy into the car xD


We're a little bit nuts and have four dogs right now. The first is our foster, Princey. He's a ~7 year old Chow x Retriever (or so we think...hard to tell but he howls instead of barks and has a blue tounge!). He's an absolute doll. He was out on the street for years and when he came to us we couldn't even touch him. A few months later he's the first to try to climb in your lap or beg for 'scratchies.' He hasn't met a person or animal that he hasn't liked. Unfortunately because he has artheritis and is older, its been very tough to rehome him. I don't know how you could resist 70 lbs of pure love!





Then theres my almost-two year old GSD x Lab (maybe? Lol) mix, Connor(Poo, Boog, Dumdum). Poor Connor got the raw end of the deal as far as health goes, and we don't expect him to live as long as most dogs. He is already 90% blind due to Progressive Retinal Atrophy and has Wobblers Syndrome. After therapy and surgery he's definitely functional but he already has artheritis and has a hard time getting around on cold days. Good thing we live in Texas! He came to us after being tossed out of a car along with his dead brothers and sisters, and had a nasty struggle with Parvo as a 6 week old. He's an absolute nut though and you'd never know he had such a crazy life story when you met him! He's my 'everywhere buddy' and frequently comes on camping trips with us. He loves to swim and 'hike' even though he rarely makes it more than half a mile before being SOEXHAUSTEDMOM and having to be half carried back ;)


As you can see, he thinks he's a chihuauah.

Oh, and as you can see, he's abused :) Someone ought to call PETA on me.


We also have our pomeranian, Chewy, though no one calls him that. He's Bubby at our house ;) Bubby will be 9 this June and he's definitely a daddy's boy. Unlike our other three he isnt outdoorsy AT ALL but he comes camping with us anyways because 'we wouldn't DARE leave him at a KENNEL!' He's out only purebred and he thinks very highly of himself xD




And of course, Bailey (stinky). We think she's about 5 but we aren't sure. We found her on the street after someone carelessly hit her with their car, breaking one of her legs and gashing the other one open. The crazy thing is that when we had her checked for a microchip, she was registered to a place in Arizona but they had no ownership files for her. So she might have had quite the trek! That totally fits her though, she's a houdini >.> can escape from anything (including a metal crate. She ate it) and runs like a bullet. She's also a skitzophrenic and is terrified of storms, bright lights, flash, bubbles, loud sounds, vibration, and balloons, but she's the sweetest thing you'll ever meet. She's only 13 lbs but frequently wrestles with Princey and Connor. And wins! LOL

Our best guess is that she's a Chiweeny (UGLY dogs. Lol.) Chihuauah x Daschund mix.

I know, I am ashamed.

That's a Queen bed, by the way. If I REALLY loved her, I'd have bought a King!

Endiku, Lexi weighs 145 pounds, which is about average size for a female Dane. The males can easily go 100 pounds more than that. Owning a dog that big has really changed my outlook on what I consider a 'large' canine!

We currently have 4 dogs, we used to have 5 but someone stole our dachshund.
Baby and Bear (the semi-white ones, Bear is the bigger one with the black nose) are brother and sister, they are about 5 years old and german shepherd/ great Pyrenees mixes- they are just the best dogs... great with horses, sweet and loving- unless you provoke them, ha ha. I watched our neighbors dogs try to jump them and boy, have they never tried that again... ESPECIALLY with Baby, Bear is kind of a chum but Baby can be a vicious little thing when she wants, always the ring leader- if the dogs are up to something, you know she's behind it. Needless to say, we never have to worry about snakes, coyotes, or trespassers within a 20 mile radius!... or bunny rabbits, or ground squirrels, or anything... haha.
Champ, the big black one, is a mutt, my guess is a lab/great dane mix. He was our neighbors dog, but I guess he liked what we had to offer more because he CONSTANTLY jumped their fence and ran to our house. Eventually, they stopped coming to pick him up, and when we called them to say that we have their dog again, they just told us to keep the ^*%$ thing, ha ha. My mom's boyfriend at the time hated him and tried to give him away behind our backs, but a couple of days later we found him with bloody paws, skinny as a rail, right in our backyard again. Guess who stayed and who left
June Bug, the tan and white, was a stray (I'm 100% sure he's pitbull/ beagle) that we were given by an old lady. He appeared at her house one day and although he's a sweetheart, she didn't feel safe because he jumps, and she was afraid she might get knocked down and hurt. So, we took him, saying the whole way back "we're going to find him a home, it's just temporary, we're not going to keep him...."
He's still here. Besides some jumping/ puppy issues, he's a doll. And so, so cute...
Sorry I don't have any decent pictures of them... I tried to get some pictures that showed how big they are (Bear and Champ are at least 100 lbs) but only the artsey fartsey close-ups are actually clear, haha.

Oh my word! That Poodle is just too cute.
