Thanks! I know I love 6 down because it was near the end and she was calming down, and she just put her nose right by the baby, didnt touch. But just smelt him.
I just came from upstairs and she was feeding them, I had to change her water. Bad timing for me because she got up and was wanting loves. Poor thing I know she wants out but ofcourse she shouldnt really leave them. You know...

Not sure if they are anything like dogs, but with my mom dogs first litter I had to continually force her to go in and feed them. Right up until the day they were sold she was indifferent to them. The litters after that she was a good mommy but the first one she was a pill.

Vida- Hopefully its just cause its her first litter and she is so young. *crosses finger* and her LAST! We are hoping that with the kittens adoption fee we can get her spayed and maybe find her a good home. My mom is still on the fence about it.

Walkamile- Isnt she just the sweetest! Shes such a happy cat now I dont know who could have dumped her on the road.

Well another one died, this one was another half naked one. It was still a little bit cold, not stone cold like the last one. It also had blood on its anus. I put it down to check the others to see if they had any blood around their butts, and Mamma came up laid down and put her head on the dead baby I dont know if she really gets it?

Why are they dieing? Is there any thing I can do? What about the others? I dont want anymore to die, but then the rescuer side of my is just thinking thats one less cat in the world. You know a better chance for a kitten at the pound. But Id rather keep em alive you know! Man this is soo tuff...

If they are the half naked ones only dying I would say it has something to do with being premature. I am no expert though. The blood, I don't know! I hope things go better after this now though!

The other three with full coats they all have like really bloated bellies. When I was picking them up to check for blood and noticed how LARGE their stomachs were, is that normal? I dont remember that on any other litters... The last premie doesnt have the bloated belly, but now hes is the smallest.

Should I just let mamma care for the premie, or should I make sure it gets fed like, bottle feed it? I wouldnt want to take it out of the litter. Just give it extra food?

Boy, I don't know! I know sometimes if you interfere too much the mom will get upset and sometimes push the baby away then. But you would really want to talk to someone who knows for sure to see. Maybe call your vet? See what they have to say.

Ok I was able to call my mom, who was a vet tech at a cats only vets. And she said since they are bloated so much that they arnt pooping. And that I now have to rub their bellies three times a day for 10 mins, to get every thing broken up and moving.

My mom also said that she thinks the last baby could have died because his insides blew up from not pooping and thats why there was blood coming out of his anus. Im going to check on them in a little while.

Rustic I know some moms do that, thats kinda a scary thing. But since mamma wants me to be involved like with the delivery, and how I got in trouble by her for just leaving to go to the bathroom. She seems happy when I am there, and doesnt seem to cuncerned when im handling the babies. I also noticed that she sits on them or kicks them. She sat on the last premie last night, I acutally had to move her off of him because he was screaming so much and she wouldnt move! This is one reason why you should spay your pets..lol.
