Thanks. =)

I think it's name is going to be Indiana.
Can't tell yet if it's a girl or boy. Too young. But it was incubated for female temperatures,.. so it's Probably a girl.

Cute! What is the species? A sulcata? African Spur? I have 2 redfooted tortoises and 2 eastern box turtles. I love having them around. Have you ever had a tortoise before? We're going to a reptile show tomorrow - we'll see what I came home with! I want an Indian Star soooo bad...

She is a Russian tort. I don't have room for a Big tort! =)

She is my first tort/turtle though I've wanted one for a long time.

Have fun at the reptile show. I don't think that would be a safe place for me. ;)

Huh! I thought russians were more plain in colouring - yours seems pretty colourful. Have fun with him or her - they are a blast.
Ya, reptile shows are dangerous. The last one I went to we ended up with the 2 redfoots and a new tank - wayyyyy to much $$ in one day!

I imagine she'll fade some as she grows older/bigger. She's only 3 years old now. And 4 inches.

Wow that does sound like an expensive trip to the reptile fair. =P
