Yeh they are very easy to keep if you are well informed. Heated water and clean conditioned water with at least 2.5gals and feeding at least every 2 days.

Your bettas are fantastic. I love fish. I'm currently fishless (devastating for me) but I have kept saltwater and fresh and they absolutely amaze me.

Do you get your bettas online?

For me to purchas via Auqa bid its too costly turning out 90-130 per fish. I have looked at a few in brisband and I bought some from syd from a forum and wasnt in the least disapointed. Two males (fredric and cedric) and all my remaining females are from sydney the rest my local pet stores so they are not great quality but I wouldnt part with any of them :)

My partner has a saltwater tank beside my female planted fresh water

I've always wanted a planted freshwater. I love Rainbow fish and Discus. But my obsession truly lies with saltwater. This was my tank in it's prime. First attempt at saltwater and reef keeping
