Mira is turning out to be a wonderful dog: very smart and wants to please. She's sensitive, but no overly so and loves our little dogs. I'm so glad she came into my life

Poor girl developed a UTI and wouldn't pee because it hurt. We ended up having to take her to the emergency vet last night because it had been two days since she had peed and we weren't going to take a chance of letting her sit another night just to go to our regular vet. Several hours and $465 later, she's rehydrated and home with antibiotics and pain meds to help her pee, so hopefully she'll be better soon.

How do dogs always have major problems on Sunday nights when you can't just go into your regular vet??

Now that my littlest dog is no longer scared she's going to be eaten, she's decided Mira makes a good bed.
