OH NO! Look what hubby brought home last night!

I get a picture message of this adorable puppy on Monday, and another picture Tuesday, of puppies that my hubby's coworker has been bringing in to wean them from momma. We had jokingly discussed getting another dog, but always came to the conclusion it wasn't the right time. We have 2 dogs and 2 horses already.

Well last night, I get home to find this...

He says this is a 'trail' run to see how our dogs respond. We have 1 male and 1 female pit already. I am leary of bringing another girl in the house, but would NEVER bring another boy in the house. This little girl is 8 weeks old and temporarily named Carrera (he loves porsche's). She is sweet as pie, I just don't know what to do. Could we handle it? Yes. Is it the best timing? No.

We are keeping her for the weekend to see how things go... am I crazy??

Wait, I thought you weren't yet married? I'm confused.

Either way, looks like your daughter has decided on the puppers.

Spped Racer, long story short. We are having our wedding November 3rd of this year. Papers were actually signed for our marriage license on 3/26. Its too detailed btu has alot to do with where we live vs. our license and timing available for the November wedding. We are technically married though I think it will feel MORE real when we have our wedding.

Texas, she is dark blue. Has light grey/hazel eyes but may grow out of them. I think that's what hooked the hubby, but I really wasnt expecting him to bring a puppy home. Lol

ETA: Daughter thinks we are puppy sitting... she has no idea that we're even thinknig about keeping this.

Thanks for the explanation, Let. I was just caught flat footed, since I've seen your thread asking about music for your first dance.

Like I said, looks as if your daughter has already decided on the dog. You and hubby just have to come to the same conclusion!

Sorry, enabling. Look at that face:)
I am so weak when it comes to this. I seriously won't even pet a puppy or kitten cause if I do it's coming home with me.
