Pigs in 4H

Is anybody here in 4H? If so, have you ever done the Swine project? I have done it ever since I joined, 6 years now. It's a lot of work but we have this one pig who just wears me out. I've taken over his training because I'm a lot softer. He is pretty wild but recently I was able to walk him controlled for a bit.

I usually let him run around to get the "jiggles" out and then try to walk. That pig is SO stubborn. He turns back to go to the barn any minute he can and doesn't do what I want, even if I am soft. I can get him to walk a couple yards before he turns around and tries to race back.

This morning he wore me out so badly it was like I couldn't breath in air very well. I don't know what to do. Any ideas? Note: The Fair is at the end of July!
