RIP beautiful girl

I lost a friend tonite. My momma schnauzer-a beautiful white cotton coat. SHe had a littler of 8 pups 12 yrs ago, and there is now only one left. She has had Addisons for several years, but was always one of the dogs who never lost that "puppy" look. I let her out, and went in the house to do something. She apparently fell into the lake somehow....which has happened ONCE in her 13+ yrs, prior to this...and she was found by a neighbor, as I looked for her at home. I feel horrible, but she was not happy in the house all the time-she loved to be out, and it was a beautiful day.

RIP baby girl-go run free with Bud and Bailey and all your pups who went before you. I only wish I could have saved you.

so very sorry for the loss of your precious baby, we all know how hard it is to lose a part of ourselves..it is never easy. my oldest cocker is almost 14, has cushings but is doing great and is also acts very much like a puppy es. at feeding time. My male cocker will be 13 in a few days. I honestly don't know how I will go on when they are gone..i just love them so much. Sending prayers your way that you have strength to get through this!

I did that too, one passed end of September and the other the following February. We did everything possible together, he had cancer at the time so I knew it was a matter of time with him..we were inseparable until the end. hope you are doing ok despite your loss..
