Question She hardly goes? (Kitty help!)

My boyfriend and I picked up a stray cat a few nights ago. We were out walking at about midnight, and we saw her trying to get into a trash bin by an ice cream shop.
We clarified that she is a girl, and about 6 months old. She weighs between 3 and 5 pounds. We're giving her Kitten Chow and plenty of water, but we don't want to put too much weight on her immediately so she doesn't screw up her system.

She didn't go #1 or 2 until morning. When she peed, she went maybe the size of a quarter. It was a bit concerning, but we figured she probably hadn't drank a lot of water for a while.

We've had her since Thursday night, and she still pees in little amounts.

We're going to schedule a vet appointment, but do you have any idea of what this could be?

Green Broke
She was probably dehydrated, & her body is still adjusting. She's been stressed & it takes awhile to recover, do give her some time if she appears healthy otherwise.
