OH! You would be sooooo lucky! I want chickens sooo bad but my mom wont let me. I mean its not like they would be in my room. And we have a huge yard, the people next door have ducks and a chicken. But we do live in city limits not that it matters I have a pig. But I only want like 2-3 just to have enough eggs.
I came really close to getting a duck but my mom came home and said what do you want more a duck or rabbit. I was like uhhhhh? then she said that she saw an ad for baby buns for $10. And we could pick it up asap. lol so I went for the bunny. Thats how I got laddy the one I had to put down. My mom made me walk to the store to get the number she wouldnt drive me there, lol it was a long walk well more like trot. :)

Guinea pigs dont smell, its the bedding or not cleaning the cage properly. Ive had cavies for years indoor and dont have a problem with smell. Well I do use fleece for bedding but never have they smelled up the house. I love my piggies heres a pic of how I have my set up

heres my spoilt piggies ^_^

My Mum used to own one, she said I could have one but if I lefted him in the backyard my dogs might attack him so I think its better just not having one. Maybe when we get a little more land I will think about it again.

Oh yah, that would suck. My dog killed one of the ducks next door. It flue in our yard. He was only trying to play with it but tore his neck open, it was sad.

When I showed dogs there was this lady who I worked for and stayed at her house for a night or so and she had one duck mixed in with chickens and he kept coming in the house like he owned the place. It was funny.

My husband just bought me a cat as a bribe to quit asking for a goat.... I nearly went and bought a goat last week!

I'll post pics when I get them uploaded.

I am not sure if this counts but my mom & I "rescued" 3 baby squrrels that we found in out back yard (she had been a vet techy previously to becomeing a lawyer. Well two of them got strong and healthy and we let them go. Then the other one wasn't doing to well and she wanted to kill it. I told her I would just let it go. Then I hid him in my sock drawer for about a week feeding and watering him. When mom found him she couldn't stop laughing and when I let him go he ran up a close by tree and appeared fine muah ha ha. I had rats at one point and slowly started adding and adding to the collection. I had 53 rats at one point hehe. The squrrel is all I can think of that the moment though lol.
