I simply cannot keep on being this big and this unfit, so things need to change, but I can't decide what route to take...
I'm tempted to go back on Medifast
I lost 140 pounds on it before, which I since have gained back
. It suits me because it is very prescribed, strict, gets quick results, and that is important. The cons, well obviously I couldn't maintain the result last time, and it is 'fake food' although it does provide you with what you need.
Yeah, I know slow and steady wins the race, and ideally a diet of good healthy fresh stuff is the best idea, but I don't know if I can do that *sigh*
At present I am unfit an fat an that HAS to change.
I hate exercise, walking is not so bad, and obviously working with horses is a therapy as well as some exercise.
I really hate weighing and measuring, drives me mad, not much of a detail person, will do it for high calorie options, but I struggle with anything that asks me to weigh lettuce.
Come with ideas, should I try MF again, anyone got any other ideas? This is getting to a crisis point I need help, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, any ideas?
