Talking enjoying riding as a plus sized person

I enjoy riding, I ride western, and show western- well its actually more english dressage in a western saddle and love it....... I refuse to let my weight determine what I can or cant do!!
I am old enough now and confident enough now in my riding abilities, that I can handle the comments- with some pretty good come backs of my own!

for -" your too fat to ride that horse"..."you are too _____ to ride yours"
for- You have to use a Mounting block!!..."yep, havent finished teaching him to lay down so I can get on"
for-"We dont make that in Your size"..."too bad.. I had cashmoney to spend .. can you tell me wich one of your competitors do??"
for"she got the sympathy ribbon"-(after beating a skinny little person)... "nope.. the judge recognized the hours Ive spent in the saddle preping for this show...

Have fun with your comments .. think of them before hand .. and even if you dont use them(which 8 out of 10 times I dont) you can still have fun with them in your own mind.. !

Way to go Raven!
