Fathead!

Has anybody watched this documentary? Oh my god. I feel like it's changed my life. It makes SO much sense it's just ridiculous. I feel like I'm poisoning my body every time I lift a candy bar or bagel to my lips now!

I have never been so enthralled with something before. I have been a lot more involved with body positivity websites and plus size models and the health at any size movement. I am SICK of the world actually believing being fat is a disease that is killing us. NO. Being fat CAN be a symptom of disease if you ARE in fact unhealthy but it is extremely possible to be over weight and even obese by BMI standards and STILL BE HEALTHY. Skinny does NOT equal healthy!
