I'm not exactly a plus sized rider but I wasn't sure where else to put this
. For the first time in my life I'm trying to diet and for the life of me I cannot figure out how many calories/day I should be eating. I don't have a terrible amount to lose, maybe 15-20lbs(I haven't weighed myself in about 2 weeks for fear that I've gained weight again). I've tried googling and the calculators but it seems everything says something different. Most seem to say 1200-1600/day but it seems like such a vast range and I'd like to narrow it down. I've been using my fitness pal to keep track of my calorie intake and exercise.
