Myfitnesspal

Hi guys,

If any of you are like me, that bit heavier then you'd like but you struggle to actually stick to a diet I'd like to suggest an AMAZING iPhone app. I've managed to lose 6kgs basically without trying. Yes it's taken 3 months but I've had holidays and such in that time with LOTS of wine and cheese.

And I realise this sounds like some weird paid thing but it's not! It's a great took that counts calories notes nutritional info multiple measurements I use waist and weight mostly. And I love the graphs!

So its on iPhone and pc myfitnesspal I love it! So little concious effort!

Yup, we already has a post about MFP, it's an AMAZING app! I am SO mad it doesn't work on my Blackberry, counting down the months til I get my iPhone and it's at my finger tips instead of having to write everything down and enter at the end of the day!

LOVE IT! Started using it this week and absolutely love that it gives you the break-down of everything you're eating and how you are exercising...plus, it's nice to know that if you had every day like that day, you'd way ___ in a few weeks!
