Starting at the beginning of July, I was working at a horse camp for kids and was working me ass off! (literally ) I still wasnt eating great, it was a lot of pasta, and sandwiches. Stuff that's easy to make for 50 people.
But, once I got home in August, I really started watching what I was eating. Lots of salad, salmon, chicken, fish, veggies, and fruit. As well, I basically only drink water and tea anymore.
Bottom line is, I've dropped over 20 pounds in 2 and a half months
