i got offered $- - - for Ginger

okay well i got offered 500 bucks for Ginger right on the spot. i payed like 675 for her so what do you guys think i should do? say yes and ask if shed take her for 600 or just take 500? im asking 900 for her at the moment.

Vidaloco 06-10-2008 07:11 PM

I'd go $550 and if they back off take the $500. I'm a bargainer though, I ask for a discount just about everywhere.

I agree with what Vida said. You do need to get her sold as you cannot afford board, and i think if someone if willing to buy her, go for it.

I agree with everyone above- go for it! :D

I thought u were asking $1000 for her?

KANSAS_TWISTER 06-10-2008 09:45 PM

j a question????... you paid $ 675 for her and ypu want $1000 or $900 for her? what training has she improved on if your a begginer?.....take the 500 for her.

JustDressageIt 06-10-2008 09:53 PM

I say take the $500. The market has slumped in the time you've had her.... sorry to say. Plus, you're over the June 1st deadline... so I'd say take what you can get. You can still buy quite a few lessons with that money!

my friend had been riding her regularly and got her use to being ridden again and was retraining her. i got her for 675 because she was malnourished.

I'm sorry that you had to sell her, but you'll find a great horse when the time is right for you :)
