Belgian/TB mare for sale. Needs a good home ASAP

I'm putting this ad up for a horse at the stables, the owner can no longer afford to keep her nor does she even care about this sweet mare. Sadly I don't know alot about her history and such like that but I just want to find a good home for her.

Annabell ("Little Orphan Annie" is her full name, but I'm not 100% sure if she's registered or not...I don't think so) is a Belgian/TB cross (at least Belgian...might not be TB but I'm pretty sure and that's what I've been told). I think she is 13 years old but not 100% sure.
She stands probably 15.1-15.2 Hh and would have draft build once she gains more weight (she is kinda ribby).
The owner has had her for probably 2 years now, but she is too much horse for her. She would need an experienced rider at the moment because she has lots of energy but with constant work she could make a good beginner mount.
She can go both western and english, but she is mostly ridden in a western saddle due to her energy. With more work she'd make a good reining prospect, jumping prospect, dressage prospect, or just pleasure riding horse.
She is barefoot and has decent feet and from what I know of she has never had shoes.
She is being ridden in a D-ring snaffle and responds good to it. Will not collect nor go on the vertical but I don't think she was taught how to. She's a fairly quick learner so I'm sure she could.
She has a personality to please and loves attention now (now that she has been getting attention). She stands in a stall to be tacked up, groomed, and just being in there due to weather reasons.
Not sure about how she stands for cross-ties or for the farrier (I'm assuming she would stand fine for the farrier but never been there when she was getting trimmed). I don't know how she does with worming or the vet
We have always free-lunged her either in the arena or roundpen and she does good in both places. I don't believe she has been lunged on a line, but you never know...

She is located in Mechanicville, New York. If you are interested in her please send me a message. Any questions I will try to answer, but not sure if I can...
If you are interested in her and would like to see a video give me your e-mail address and I'll send them to you

EDIT: She's asking $800 OBO but it said on a note on the board at the stables that she'll take really any offer

Mare

Oh how I wish I lived closer, she is beautiful. Keep us UTD on her well being, hopefully someone on the forum will snatch her up and we can have updates!!!

so far no one :(
One guy at the barn was thinking of buying her for his daughter but I don't think he will. Annie is not a beginner safe horse (and his daughter is a beginner) so unless he wants me to work with Annie to get her beginner safe I doubt he'll buy her :(

But she is a reallllll sweetheart. She has an attitude to please and wants to do everything right though she doesn't always understand

She looks like a TB/Belgian cross. She certainly is not a reining prospect, that's for sure. :) Good luck to your friend, not much is selling right now.

oh trust me....she is hehe....everyone that has seen her says she is. With more work she could be...she already knows how to do a slidding stop hehe

she's really cute! i'd buy her if i could, i've always really liked draft crosses (they seem to always have that puppy dog personality). keep us posted on how she's doing!

She is a stunning mare! Have you tried posting her on horsetopia? lot's of bite there and you will have better luck finding someone locally.
I can't see her sell being a problem, she is quite pretty and her conformation is correct.
