FINALLY got the name of my geldings sire.

He's been gelded I see. Perhaps he's been sold I don't know, my gelding was born 98...
I'm about to email APHA about getting the owner on file for him... I still need his dam but from my understanding she is registered too. So I'm trying to track this all down.
Any name stick out as particularly good or bad? I don't really care what his breeding is, if he's a mediocre bred boy doesn't bother me. I just want to make sure there aren't any paint horses with genetic issues such as impressive... or if there's any impressive hidden in there.

Sonny Dee Bar (QH) and Yellow Mount (Paint) are a couple well known names in the line.
