Pinto Gelding For Sale- Canyon
Because of the economy I need to reduce my herd size. I am asking $400.
Canyon is a 14.2 hand, four year old, pinto gelding. Has been gelded one month, never bred, was very calm as stallion and is now calmer still. Has ALWAYS been in with other horses!
He is green broke and has never bucked under rider. I have had him since he was 6mo. old and have worked with him allot. Canyon is a willing learner and loves doing new things, going new places (loves trails).
Canyon has a mild stifle locking on his right rear leg, non existent when worked with on a regular basis. (DOES NOT AFFECT SOUNDNESS!)
He is up to date on rabies and coggins.
Price is VERY negotiable (to GOOD home only!) If you think 400 is too much make me an offer.

Conformation shots would be helpful, as well as some of him working under saddle.
People don't like to buy sight unseen.
Email for pictures if you are interested. He will make an excellent Christmas gift!
Would also be interested in his breed, not just his color. Is he registered? What registry, etc.
He is however not able to be registered because of past owner who will not give paper work. Have however seen his parents in person, I know the Sire's information but not the mother's.
Dam was a un-registered QH, her parents however were registered.
Sire was Little Surprise Dell, registered paint horse. Whose lines include, Jack Daniel Dell (Paint), Magic Dell(QH)[One Sire's side] On the Dam's side we have, Just A Lil More(Paint), Son O Leo(QH).
He was the result of a mare put out with a one year old stud colt. So he was an accident but a wonderful one at that. He is a great teacher and a good horse to love on and teach anyone.
He is almost bomb-proof and his conformation is good.
He was raised by an 8 year old and 9 year old girls until he was about 6 months old. Loves to be groomed and loved on.
Price now is whatever you can offer....but no lower than 200.
Have anymore questions feel free to ask!
P.S- Has now been gelded for almost 3 months and shows no interest with mares what so ever. Just an easy going boy. Has been out with mares (even when in heat) and ignores them completely. Does well with other horses and animals.
Are you selling the horse, or is Seeing Spots, selling it. Now I'm confused.
Oh sorry, I was borrowing my friends account. I am selling the horse. Sorry for the confusion.
