so i have been jumping for about 2 yrs now and i am riding alot more alone and i need to work on doing 2'6 courses at the canter but i can't really think up any good patterns:oops:. so does anyone have any god course ideas?
This should keep you busy :)
thank you so much
thanks i will probably split it up and figure out the spacing but it is really helpful!
do any of you know how many human strides eauals 1 horses.
Average human stride is 3ft, average pony stride is 9ft and horse stride is 12ft. So, do the math: with a horse, 4 steps is one stride, for a pony its 3.
Also, I can't remember but I think you're supposed to add in about 2 short steps extra for landing/take off, but I'm almost certain I'm wrong about that xD
