Breaking in a saddle

I have a wintec western saddle that I have had for a little over a year and its still stiff as hell. I was thinking about replacing the fenders with Abetta ones. What can I do to break in this saddle? I know its possible somehow because I have a used wintec youth saddle and it is broken in nicely. :?

Synthetic really doesn't break in well unfortunately.

My both my Wintecs, that previously were used 3-4 times a week for about 3 years, still feel the same. Whereas my leather saddles, were broken in and conformed to me after about two rides.

I'm curious if anyone else chimes in, that knows more about synthetic leather. For now, just keep using it.
