I need help figuring out my ponys breed
I just got my pony I rescued at a auction sale in october, and I've been wondering what breed he is. I was told by a friend of the family who knows alot about horses and has worked on the race tracks, that my horse Spartan is a POA. I'm not so sure though :? Could someone help me out? Whether he's purebred remains to be seen, but if he meets the height requirement, he may be able to be hardshipped in the POA club. Although they may require actual contrasting color and not just characteristics--I'm not sure. But I'd definitely call him a POA.

he is 12 hands

but his markings aren't as noticeable as alot of the other POA, is this normal?

yes it could be normal cause you can have solid color Appaloosas
and if he is part Appy

He's got the skin mottling and pink sclera, which are Appy traits. Looks like he's trying to roan a little, too, which is typical.
