Horse rubbing hair right off?

2 Attachment(s)
Grace has been rubbing her hair off of her butt. I have wormed her in the past 2 months and I am going to again today. I have not actually seen her rubbing, but there was a small patch rubbed off, then this morning it was MUCH more.

The pictures show what it looks like and what I did about it so she doesn't keep rubbing more off. (There are 2 places with no hair, but the one that is recent is the lower one that is kind of red. The other is an injury she has had for a very long time.)

Any suggestions?

Have a fecal done to make sure you are deworming with the right dewormers for what she may have.

I agree with NdAppy, and maybe she has a fungus? Have the vet come out and look at it. It looks kinda nasty for a scratch /:

She could be allergic to something, that would make it itchy enough to rub it raw.
