How's my flying technique?

*coughs* enjoy a laugh on my behalf!

On a more serious note, feel free to critique but this is us a couple of months after, with a considerable confidence drop (hence the trotting!)

How high was that jump? You're scaring me, I am doing low jumper this year, I was leery to begin with, now you post this...

It's about 2ft6ish (75/80cm), and dont worry about me falling off, I'm a usual and my pony is a regular for unseating her riders (thankfully shes normally good with me). If its any consolation, it frightened me too :P

I may not have a HUGE amount of experience jumping, but that is how i got my start to riding horses so I know a little bit. I took so many spill when i was jumping on a snotty little arabian mare at the stables i started at. You learn that yes it may be scary and hurt for a bit, but that's what teaches you to be a better rider and get better! Don't be afraid hun, EVERYBODY has a spill or two, or if you are like me many more than that. But the love for the ride is what keeps me going, you will be fine!! Keep your head up!

nice job on flying! Need more air next time though! (LOL JK) 2nd video I agree with after, you do look a bit left behind but I'm sure that still nerves from your spill. Looking good!

I have those days too. My pony reminds me a lot of yours. You would have much better rides if you sat back, and weren't fighting with your pony. He seems to not pay much attention to you at all. Maybe a stronger bit.

Falling is a part of learning don't worry about just "relaxing into the fall" and land on your feet if you can...somehow I almost always manage to land on my feet I think I'm part cat...
