Heels

Any tips on how I can keep my heels down better.

I already know how to keep my heels down.
And they look really good. :)

I just need help remembering.

Any help? :D

Molly, keeping your heels down should be a natural thing. If you are sitting in your saddle properly and you have your weight in the stirrups then your heels will come down. You can't force them down, it needs to come as a result of a proper seat on your horse.

It's true that keeping your heels down is a natural thing, but if you need help reminding yourself, have certain spots in the ring where you place a cone or jacket or something visual and every time you pass it, it will catch your attention (hopefully haha) and you will remember to check your heels.
it doesn't even need to be a cone, it can be a letter in a dressage court, or a tree, or a bystander. after awhile of consciously doing this, you wont have to concentrate on keeping your heels down because you'll be doing it already :)

Well what helped me keep my heels down was by makin them stronger, also strechin them is somethin you should do before each ride.

I think you shouldn't constantly think about your form, but you should just kinda check every once in awhile to make sure everythin is in the right spot.
